Courier services may be delayed during lockdown, holidays, big sales etc. SHIPPING CHARGES For orders that fall below the complimentary shipping amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout please note that calculations shall be based on parcel size & destination. Order Processing time After an order is placed, please allow 2-3 working days for order processing and preparation for shipment. SHIPPING CUT OFF TIME PLEASE NOTE:-the below are based on product availability -Orders placed by 10:00 SAST dispatch on the same day -Orders placed after 10:00 SAST dispatch on the following working day.  -Orders placed on the Weekend will ship on a Monday. Deliveries disclaimer Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. Deliveries shall be made between Monday to Friday. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of item(s). Please send us an image of the item(s) with your request to: orders@thebeautycatalogue.co.za For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of cosmetics (including and not limited to: lip-care products, body-care products, jewellery, makeup and skincare products). You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of gift cards, personalised, resized or Sale items or special order items. You will be refunded to your original payment method once the item(s) has been returned, received and assessed by our quality assurance team at our DC. On successful assessment we'll authorise the refund. Please be advised that it may take up to 10(ten) working days for the funds to reflect in your account. If you purchased the items yourself and meet all the refund requirements, you will receive a full refund, less applicable delivery charges. If you received the items as a gift, or if you do not have the invoice, we will use our discretion to allow the exchange for the items for items of the same value to take place (A balance will not be granted if you choose to exchange the items for other items of a lower price), or for a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount. EXCHANGES We are pleased to let you know that we only replace defective or damaged product that are not damaged due to the customer’s own negligence.
